  • Lizzy Musi and NOLA Team Head To Test Sessions of Mega Cash Days 2022

It seems like we just watched the champion get the crown on No Prep Kings, blinked, and turned around and there’s already another major racing event going on for many of the Street Outlaws fan favorites. The turnaround from NPK to the next big deal which will be Street Outlaws: Mega Cash Days happened in the snap of one’s fingers and we’re more than ready to soak in the action. Photo by Kye Kelley Racing As No Prep Kings is freshly in the rearview and Street Outlaws: Mega Cash Days is quickly approaching, competitors are scrambling to switch up from one format to another. With NPK using big tire combinations and Mega Cash Days requiring an entirely different setup with small tire cars, being able to get things dialed in with these new combinations that are designed for an unfamiliar surface could be a challenge. In a world that’s normally dominated by the boys, Lizzy Musi has been making quite the statement. In fact, this year, she might be a bit more than a strong contender. She might be the one to beat at the top of the pack. However, as the racing surface is something different than what most of the competitors normally compete on, it has been quite a challenge for at least a few racers including both Lizzy Musi, Kye Kelley and Justin Swanstrom. If these experienced competitors are having issues, we’re sure that it’s not an exclusive experience for them, either. Therefore, it’ll be pretty interesting, when the show comes out, to see how the competitors adjust to the surface in the name of taking home a fat stack of cash. Photo by Kye Kelley Racing This time, we get a unique behind-the-scenes look at just how complicated things might be, even for some of the most well-versed competitors. In fact, as Kye Kelley tells us, some of the cars from team NOLA are in “left field.” In other words, these machines have a long way to go, so much so that the group decided to head out to a local drag strip to try and take one step in the right direction. Some might be thinking that a drag strip is probably not the best place to optimize your setup for the street. However, the hope is that seeing some familiar numbers on a time slip might be a good first step in the name of getting these cars all sorted out. Video by Kye Kelley Racing As with anybody who wants to be the fastest they can possibly be, practice makes perfect. This includes everybody from the most established racers in the game all the way to beginners. It helps not only with the driver’s skill level. It also aids the ability to make the most efficient car possible. No matter how good your combination is running, there’s always something that can be done to make it just a little bit better. Photo by Lizzy Musi Racing This time, we follow along with a video from Lizzy Musi Racing that takes us along for some of the Norma Jeane test sessions before actually putting rubber to the road for a race with meaning. Musi says that she’s ready for some late nights and early mornings all in the name of putting together a winning effort. It seems as if, in a battle like this, every ounce of effort is what it’s going to take for whoever wants to take home first place. Video by Lizzy Musi Racing

  • Murder Nova for sale TWICE?

Shawn “Murder Nova” Ellington is planning regarding the car that he is using to attack the No Prep Kings championship season 6. The rumor was that he is going to stop using the newer car, the one dubbed the NPK Murder Nova, and he is going to drive the OG Murder Nova in the No Prep Kings Championship. As you know, the OG Murder Nova is powered by the same combination that Ryan Martin and his friend Daddy Dave are running and this is why he thinks that he will have a better season than the last one. According to what we are hearing, Shawn is going to put up the NPK Murder Nova for sale and like we already informed you, use the OG Murder Nova to try and get closer to the No Prep Kings Championship crown next year. Photo by Murder Nova Facebook This is the second known instance that Shawn Ellington has said that his Murder Nova was for sale. The first time in January 2019, he wrote that the OG Murder Nova was for sale on Murder Nova’s verified Facebook page. “It can be yours for $115,000 or best offer”. Photo by Murder Nova Facebook The OG Murder Nova was the original car, before starting a new build, also called Murder Nova. “This car has been some places and seen some places!”. He added: “Way more wins than losses in its natural habitat on the street and has also been a contender in pro275 and LDR drag radial classes. Own the ultimate collectors item or put gas in it and hit the drag strip.” The ad also said “OG Murder Nova has been 4.30s at 170+ on Big Tires. On Small Tires, it’s been 4.20s at 178+. It also has Santhuff on all four corners with factory front frame rails and a stock firewall. There are also stock floor pans and an all TRZ front suspension” However, after this post Shawn made a follow-up post declaring that the car is now not for sale. They removed the initial Facebook post. Photo by Murder Nova Facebook It is not clearly exactly what caused Ellington or his social media person to make the statement on his verified Facebook post. However, all we know is that Ellington made the decision to build an all-new chassis while still sticking with the OG car after all. Photo by Murder Nova Facebook Let’s check out a vlog of Sim to find out more about this rumor. Video by Sim ABCXYZ

  • JJ DA BOSS TRICIA RIDE BURNS TO THE GROWN LAST NIGHT!!

For most people, the loss of a car in a massive fire would be pretty devastating. For Jonathan Day, or JJ Da Boss as he's more widely known, it's apparently just part of being a street racer. Now, it seems that bad luck has been following the Memphis crew and JJ is dealing with the loss of his wife’s favorite car. JJ Da Boss and his wife Tricia This time, it happened with Geo Tracker, a small truck that is able to climb like a goat that Tricia owned and loved, which is being engulfed by flames as JJ Da Boss films the terrible event. While there are not many details regarding this accident it seems that a gas leak caused the fire and it is getting engulfed before our very eyes as JJ keeps regretting putting new tires on the truck just a while ago. Photo by TheReal Streetoutlaws At this point, there's been no suggestion of foul play, and no evidence that anyone had a hand in burning this truck. However, the most important thing when it comes to situations like these is that nobody got injured and everybody is safe. We all know that the Geo Tracker is a cheap vehicle however, we still hate that the fire was able to claim it since we all know that Tricia loved that little truck. Situations like these remind us that a working fire extinguisher is a good thing to keep around and who knows, maybe the truck would have been saved if these guys had one on hand. It is sad to see JJ walking around the truck filming not being able to help and we hope that he gets Tricia a new truck as soon as they can. Now check out this terrible accident and the fire that swallows the car up within a minute. Video by TheReal Streetoutlaws

  • Chuck Seitsinger "I'D HAVE RUINED A $100K MOTOR JUST TO BEAT HIM"

If there’s one thing that we’ve noticed about some of the Street Outlaws fan favorites, it’s that they never stop racing. Whether it’s on the street while the cameras are rolling for television, at a No Prep Kings event, or at some other promotion, many of the racers who we find near the top of the leaderboard are those who just simply refuse to get away from the competition. It’s almost like these racers have it in their DNA to just keep on racing until they simply can’t race any longer. Normally, when we see Chuck Seitsinger behind the wheel of a racing machine, it is his Death Trap Ford Mustang ripping down the eighth mile with an absolute vengeance as he drives the wheels off of the car. This time, the video just so happens to come from the Chuck Seitsinger camp as he takes us through a weekend at Summit Motorsports Park to bring us the action from his point of view. In this one, Chuck talked a little bit about bringing his Ford Mustang, “Second Amendment” along to try to get it to the promised land of winning at NPK. Photo by Chuck Seitsinger Racing In the video, we learn a little bit about how Chuck approaches the starting light and how there sometimes is a little bit of drama when it comes to competitors thinking that he’s guessing when the light will turn green instead of just going when the tree lights up. He also takes a moment to spill the beans about some of the races that he was involved in at Norwalk, chiming in about experiences with Jerry Bird and Kye Kelley. In fact, he even gives us the rundown of a situation where he tells us that he would be willing to ruin a six-figure engine just to be able to beat Kelley. Photo by Chuck Seitsinger Racing With the video below, we learn about all this and more to see exactly how a top-tier racing operation like this rolls as it heads to a No Prep Kings outing. • JJ Da Boss Runs Through Massive Ball of Fire to Assist Driver After Crash

When playing with nitrous, drivers better make sure that they have all of your ducks in a row. After all we want our rides to reap the benefits of all of that power in the safest way possible. We’ve seen some people do nitrous in such a way that causes some pretty catastrophic damage. Sometimes, it’s simply unavoidable. In this particular scenario, things were a little bit questionable from the start which might’ve given some a bit of a nagging feeling. As the cars pulled up to the line to get going, the person behind the camera here who goes by Sketchy’s Garage on YouTube points out that one car had its nitrous purge stuck open. With the nitrous continuing to flow out of the hood of the Camaro, one might think that if something was going to go wrong it would be with this car. That simply wasn’t the case, though. Instead, the car in the right lane ends up losing control and smashing into the wall. A massive ball of fire develops as the car undergoes a giant explosion that certainly had everybody in attendance watching in awe. Photo by Sketchy’s Garage Flagman and Street Outlaws: New Orleans star, JJ Da Boss, wasted absolutely no time chasing down the accident. While we wouldn’t necessarily pass judgment on somebody who didn’t run into the ball of fire, JJ Da Boss’s actions are most certainly heroic in this instance as he pulled off an act that not many would try as he put someone else’s safety before his own. Footage shows as the flag man is the first one to run down the track, seemingly straight through the blaze, to the door of the car that was now on fire. After opening up the door, the driver was able to eventually make their way out of the vehicle. The cameraman did report that the driver ended up being OK following the wild incident. Check out the scary scenario down in the video below for yourself as the explosion becomes real and sends a ball of fire into the air along with probably causing some damage to this racing machine along the way. A bang like that can really catch you off guard and get the heart rate going! Video by Sketchy’s Garage

  • What's Going On with Ryan Martin and Justin Swanstrom? Another Controversy Ensues in NPK

If you’ve been on social media at all the past couple of days, you’ve likely seen something about Ryan Martin redlighting against Justin Swanstrom at the Street Outlaws No Prep Kings filming in Ohio from earlier this season. Naturally, Martin has been the front-runner for a while so Swanstrom seemed to be ready to dial up an impressive tune to try to catch him. Whether or not this haymaker would pay off would be another story, though, that would have to be spelled out on the drag strip. Photo by StreetOutlawVids The race in question had a couple of heavy hitters going at one another as Justin Swanstrom took aim at Ryan Martin. Unfortunately, the story that would actually end up unfolding on the track would be something a little bit less competitive. As the drivers staged their cars and watched the lights drop on the tree, it was off to the races. However, Swanstrom’s win light would automatically be triggered as Martin’s lane showed a red bulb, meaning he had jumped early. The controversial part is that it didn’t seem like he actually did jump. Photo by StreetOutlawVids Martin took this loss gracefully, congratulating his competitor following the race. Fans on social media took things in a different direction, though, as they reviewed the tape over and over again. As one astute YouTube viewer pointed out, when the footage is reviewed at .25 speed, the lowest speed setting on YouTube’s video player, it’s pretty obvious that Martin didn’t leave before the light turned green. At the end of the race, Martin seemed incredibly confused by what happened as he claims to have waited for the light to turn green before leaving. However, the race would go down in the books as a loss for the man who would eventually go on to win the season championship. Photo by StreetOutlawVids Video by StreetOutlawVids So, what do you think? Did Martin get shafted or is something else going on here?

  • Murder Nova Hopes That Big Chief Loses The Race So He Can Progress on The Leaderboard

When it comes to racing or pretty much any form of competition, in order to be the best you’ve got to be the best. This idea is what makes television shows like Street Outlaws so exciting. Over the seasons, we have watched certain competitors build their way up to become some of the fastest in the streets. However, each year there are new people coming for them and looking to take out the current “best” to become the new king. This time, we take a look back on Street Outlaws history to season 6. In this particular situation, there were a pair of racers who were both heading for the top. It just so happened that both Big Chief and Monza were fighting for their spots on the leaderboard. Murder Nova hopes that his old partner, Big Chief, loses the race, so he can progress on the leaderboard. Photo by Discovery Australia Normally, a qualifier might not be the biggest deal. At this particular outing, though, competitors needed to be pretty much perfect to make the field. This means that the pressure was a bit bigger during this one! Photo by Discovery Australia By following along with the video below, we get to join in on the action as the impressive cars get to business. This one looks to be a clean hit for both racers as they rocket off the line hard and follow through strongly. Who is going to take home victory? There’s only one way to find out! • Lizzy Musi and Kye Kelley Spark Split Rumors After She Wins Car Race

A late addition to the now 16-race schedule, the “Street Outlaws No Prep Kings” series paid a visit for the first time to the Alabama International Dragway for its next-to-last stop on the 2022 tour in late October. Eager “Street Outlaws” fans from around the South waited hours in line to see their favorite drivers line up on the racetrack to gain valuable points and a crack at the $40,000 winner prize in the “No Prep Kings” Invitational. Sometimes, there’s nothing better than a little bit of a friendly rivalry to get the adrenaline flowing even more in the heat of the battle. In this particular case, we head out to the No Prep Kings Great 8 where the action is nothing but competitive and unfolded in such a way as to provide us with an interesting storyline for the second round. Discovery’s Twitter clips from Monday’s episode of Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings show what happened when Kye and Lizzy raced one another in the so-called “Battle of the Household.” Kye and Lizzy were all smiles with one another before the showdown, but then Lizzy crossed the finish line first and “put Kye on the trailer in the first round of the Great 8”. Photos by Mike Murillo Racing In another clip, Kye struggled to understand why Lizzy beat him. “I just said, ‘You can have the money, I need the points,’” he said. “I just got beat on the ego, is all I can think.” And in a confessional on the show, Lizzy expressed concern over the race results. “I have a lot of people that are on my side that I’ve talked to. They’ve seen the emotions that I dealt with this weekend, and it’s just a lot on me,” she said. “Like, literally, our relationship is gone over this deal.” The majority of Street Outlaws fans are convinced Lizzy and Kye broke up after their race, as they saw him get emotional over her win, with many assuming he wanted her to let him reach the finish line first. Some have sided with Lizzy as they felt he was blaming her for his loss, while others think she should have stuck to her initial decision to hold back and therefore understand why Kye wasn’t happy with how the race turned out. One viewer wrote on Twitter: “There’s no way it’s over for them. She’s so damn gorgeous. Kye would be a fool to walk away from Lizzy.” Another said: “They’re good as ever in real life. He needed that win though, he hurt his chances at gaining points.” Despite the drama of their reality TV show, it seems Kye and Lizzy are still together. This race happened months ago in late October and on Nov. 28, Kye posted an Instagram photo of him and Lizzy in the kitchen as they celebrated a “little Thanksgiving away from home.” He also added “We may or may not have ruined Lizzy’s collard greens.” Photo by Therealkyekelley Instagram Furthermore, Kye’s profile pic on Instagram is a photo of himself with his arm around Lizzy. So yes, we think the relationship drama you saw on Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings might have been drummed up for entertainment value!

  • Inside The Explosive Kye Kelley and Pat Musi Drama on NPK at Alabama

Kye Kelley and Pat Musi had drama on Street Outlaws’ most recent episode, which aired on December 19. Discovery fans have been discussing the explosive argument after he initially started arguing with Lizzy, Pat’s daughter. The disagreement began after Kye and Lizzy raced each other with his wife securing the win. Before the race, Pat had told Kye they’d go easy on him. Pat Musi isn’t just the father of his fiancee but also the provider to his racing gear. Pat Musi Racing Engines is a one-stop shop for sportsman engines with a Pro Mod pedigree. So, what is the drama between Kye and Pat? Inside Kye Kelley and Pat Musi drama Photo by Lizzy Musi Kye never asked Lizzy for the win in the Great Eight, but she won. Before the race, Pat told Kye not to blow his motor, and that they were going easy on him. As a result, Kye is thought to have held back and Lizzy beat him. He was mad at Pat for what he said and Lizzy got caught in the middle. When it happened live, months ago, fans figured Kye was done with Pat and would move on to another engine brand and power adder for his motor. Pat was also overheard saying to Kye that he “wouldn’t beg for a win.” It isn’t the first time Pat has been involved in on-screen drama, as during Street Outlaws last season, Pat and Lizzy assumed Jerry had guessed the light. However, Pat didn’t like that Jerry tried to show them video of him leaving on green. Last year, there was another disagreement similar to this one, when Lizzy beat Kye in a race on the track. Kye and Lizzy on honeymoon amid breakup rumors Lizzy shared a series of videos to her Instagram Story on December 20. The first was a video with the words, ‘Antigua Honeymoon,’ with Kye by her side while they traveled in the back of a vehicle, suggestively a taxi. The following two videos saw them enjoying an alcoholic beverage each. Kye has ordered what he calls a “beer bomb” while Lizzy is enjoying a refreshing iced orange drink, in what is their first holiday away together. Photo by Kye Kelley Racing Kye confessed that they “have nothing else to do so have to have fun” before Lizzy clinks his drink and says: “Here’s to our life.” Family tensions and future plans. • Chuck & Boosted Start A FISTFIGHT As Tension Rises

In the world of street racing, one might think that the competition is fairly straightforward and there would never be any drama. On the outside looking in, somebody might wonder how there could possibly be any complication when a race is as simple as two cars going in a straight line from point A to point B. Those who have been around the block once or twice, though, know that things can definitely be a lot more complicated than that. In fact, there are pretty frequent arguments when it comes to street racing. Sometimes, these arguments even escalate to the point where things get physical. This time, we get to take a tour of some of the most dramatic moments on Street Outlaws No Prep Kings season 2 that ended up with a physical confrontation between Boosted GT and Chuck Seitsinger. It all starts with Larry Larson and Birdman. Because of the ever-changing rules of the No Prep Kings Championship, Larry is unable to run his truck that he ran last year and in order to stay in the fight for the crown, Larry decided to build a brand-new car for this competition and retire the truck. Unfortunately, he was unable to get the car ready for the race so he decided to race against Birdman with the golf cart he uses to get around the track. Photo by Rush Discovery NZ While he was trying to have fun with the golf cart, he did not get around to telling the Stuarts at the track that he will be staging a vehicle, be it a golf cart or a race car. This meant that as soon as he brought the cart to the staging lane, he broke the beam and confused the system. This caused the system to red-light Birdman, something that Chuck took to heart, and started telling everybody that Birdman has lost the race. Photo by Rush Discovery NZ While this was not really the case and was not fair to Birdman, Boosted GT decided that Birdman would be declared the winner and the situation would be remedied due to the system malfunction. Well, we all know that Chuck is on the 405 team and Birdman losing would benefit Ryan Martin in his hunt for the crown. Now all of a sudden, the trash talk is getting meaner and meaner and instead of co-hosting the event, Chuck and Boosted start fighting on the starting line, something that we have not seen before. Now check out this video and see how it all happened. Video by Rush Discovery NZ

  • Street Outlaws John Odom’s Net Worth in 2022 can afford many GTRs

Street Outlaws star John Odom has made a name for himself in the world of street car racing and here we take a look at what is the racer’s net worth in 2022. Photo by John Odom For the unversed, John is a professional car racer who stars in Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings 2022 as a contender. He is also an Idaho native. John’s entry in the new season piqued the interest of many Street Outlaws viewers. Several fans were keen on learning more about his life and wealth. Inside John Odom’s net worth Photo by Dragzine Biography Daily states that John is worth approximately $6 million. Not only has John found success as a car racer but also has over 20 years of experience of working in Excavation & Construction. The Street Outlaws star also owns multiple businesses, namely HMH Construction, Odom Racing, and Skyline Homes & Developments. The 6’ft’4 racer was born and brought up in Twin Falls, Idaho. He is now the owner of the world’s fastest Nissan GTR. Nissan News reveals that the car’s cost begins at $113,540 in 2022. Photo by Dragzine A deeper look at John’s businesses John founded his company HMH Construction in 2015 in Meridian, Idaho. Since he has led multiple residential and commercial projects. Besides HMH, he has also started the company Skyline Homes & Developments alongside partner Dale Newberry. Through Skyline, John has contributed to the development of Boise, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Meridian, and Kuna. John is the team owner at Odom Racing, which is another one of his businesses. On Street Outlaws, he’s known for his speedy Gran Turismo Racer (GTR). King Of The Monsters: John Odom’s Screw-Blown No Prep Nissan GTR Photo by Dragzine John Odom’s pilgrimage of horsepower has moved at an accelerated pace, thanks to his need for speed. Odom has unleashed the world’s most radical Nissan GTR on the competitors of Discovery Channels’ No Prep Kings (NPK) series. Most racers get their first experience of driving when they’re just about to earn their driver’s license. Odom got a jump on his career behind the wheel a few years before he was old enough to drive, thanks to an old station wagon and being the first one home each day. Odom continued to tinker with cars as he got older, but he decided to focus on building a business empire. That focus paid off, and Odom now owns one of the largest development companies in Idaho. The extra money Odom had access to allow him to get back into the car game. Would you be shocked to learn that even after the bolt-on upgrades the GTR just wasn’t fast enough for Odom? Well, that’s exactly what happened, so Odom threw open the modification floodgates on his GTR and went to town. The Nissan was gutted, received numerous upgrades, including a bigger set of turbos. Odom was able to pilot his GTR deep into the 7-second zone at over 200 MPH after the modifications were complete. He even went on to win at TX2K and other big GTR events. Photo by Dragzine Odom’s GTR performed well enough to earn him an opportunity to be a part of a show hosted by JJ Da Boss. The performance that Odom put on on the show caught the attention of NPK producers, and that led to another opportunity. Odom’s trip to becoming a part of the Street Outlaws universe has been an interesting one, to say the least. The gravity of this opportunity hasn’t escaped Odom, and he’s thankful he gets to be a part of the show. Photo by John Odom John Odom’s GTR is probably one of the coolest Nissan-based products you’ll ever see. Odom has jumped on the opportunity to be a part of the NPK series with both feet, and could really turn things upside down behind the wheel of his GTR. Photo by Odom Racing
