As we dive into the current state of street shows and racing content, it’s hard not to feel a sense of uncertainty. With Street Outlaws seemingly winding down on Discovery Channel, we find ourselves grasping at the last remnants of hope for new content, particularly with the upcoming No Prep Kings Season 6.

As things stand, Street Outlaws is all but finished on traditional television. Many fans are left wondering if we’ll see any of our favorite street racers again in the near future. While the potential for No Prep Kings to air this fall gives us a glimmer of hope, the competition against Monday Night Football raises questions. Can a racing show really thrive in such a crowded time slot? The truth is, if we don’t see No Prep Kings hit our screens soon, it’s hard to imagine another revival of Street Outlaws.
What about the essence of street racing itself? Right now, it feels like there’s no concrete plan for any street-focused content. Jeff Lutz and the Nominator have hinted at potential street races being live-streamed, suggesting that there might still be life in the street aspect of the franchise. This is the kind of news we cling to—anything that suggests the community isn’t entirely abandoned.

Among the various whispers in the community, one name stands out: Boosted GT. Earlier this year, he posted a photo on social media that sparked curiosity—him filming something substantial with professional cameras. This could mean that something exciting is in the works, potentially a new show centered on small tire racing. Unlike past rumors that have circulated, this seems to have real evidence backing it up, which is encouraging for fans desperate for fresh content.
The lack of updates regarding this potential show is frustrating. If it were tied to No Prep Kings, we’d likely have heard about it by now. Instead, it seems like Boosted is cooking something entirely different, perhaps a street racing show with Pilgrim Studios, the team behind Street Outlaws. This leads to speculation that we could be looking at a pilot episode that might just pave the way for more street racing content.

As the landscape of television continues to change, it seems increasingly likely that platforms like YouTube could serve as the best avenue for future shows. Traditional networks are struggling, and if Boosted GT’s show finds a home online, it could be the spark that reignites the street racing community. With figures like Dana White potentially backing these ventures, the prospects could be brighter than they seem.
If Boosted’s show does take off, it may serve as a beacon of hope for the future of street racing content. It could inspire a resurgence of interest and creativity within the community, reminding everyone why street racing captured our hearts in the first place.

As we look ahead, the uncertainty can feel overwhelming. Yet, with hints of new content on the horizon, particularly with Boosted GT, we find ourselves cautiously optimistic. Will this be the show that finally brings street racing back into the limelight? Only time will tell.
In the meantime, let’s keep the conversation alive. What do you think about Boosted’s potential show? Could YouTube be the key to a thriving street racing future? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and let’s keep the spirit of street racing alive together!
Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, thank you for being part of the Street Outlaws community!
