Farmtruck and AZN, beloved fan favorites from the original Street Outlaws show, have stepped away from the main program. The main reason behind their absence appears to be their reluctance to construct a high-performance race car that can compete with the advanced machines currently featured on the show. However, the strong bond between the duo and their fans has motivated Discovery to offer them their own spinoff series.
Earlier this year, the duo headlined a show named after themselves, where they showcased their unique and unconventional vehicle builds that have made them famous. As of now, there is no official information about the renewal or cancellation of the show, but we have heard that Team Farmtruck and AZN will be back with another exciting television project.

With the newest Street Outlaws spinoff titled “Locals Only,” Farmtruck and AZN will embark on a journey across the United States, visiting various racetracks in search of the fastest local drivers. With a renewed focus on returning the programming to its original essence of relatability, producers are actively exploring the idea of featuring individuals in this particular show who lead ordinary lives, working throughout the week and indulging in racing during the weekends. While these competitors may not consider racing as their full-time occupation, it doesn't mean that some of them don't possess impressive and highly competitive racing machines in their garages.

The competition will follow a bracket-style, single elimination format, with top drivers from Idaho, New Hampshire, Texas, Pennsylvania, and other locations battling it out. The ultimate winner will receive a $5,000 prize and the opportunity to race against a seasoned Street Outlaw driver from the 'No Prep Kings' series, such as Lizzy Musi, Daddy Dave, Jermaine Boddie, or Kye Kelley, among others, for another $5,000.

Discovery Channel's Street Outlaws universe consists of several shows, including "Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings," "Street Outlaws: OKC," "Street Outlaws: Mega Cash Days," "Street Outlaws: Fastest in America," and upcoming series, "Street Outlaws: Locals Only" and "Street Outlaws vs. The World: Australia."
