As many are aware, the Street Outlaws will be heading to Dragway 42 this weekend, and it promises to be an exciting show. This marks their first visit to Dragway 42, which adds to the anticipation. What's particularly noteworthy is that Ryan Martin's impressive car is featured in the event. It's safe to assume that Ryan will be showcasing his gray car this time around. He's been primarily racing the red Fireball Camaro, which, while sharing the same engine, boasts a slightly different configuration in terms of weight and blower setup. The red car has proven to be competitive, as seen in our intense race against Kye Kelley at Bandimere.

Nevertheless, there's a unanimous belief among fans and enthusiasts that the gray car, often referred to as the War Machine or Camo car, holds an edge in terms of speed over the red car. It's highly likely that Ryan will return to the gray car for this weekend's event. Looking ahead, Ryan Martin will secure a victory in one of the remaining six events this season. While he may not be dominating the field as he did in seasons three, four, and five, it's important to note that the competition has become significantly tougher.

Veterans like Justin Swanstrom, Ryan Martin, and even the original racers are facing stiff challenges from both new entrants and those who have upgraded their cars to be as fast as anyone else. Gone are the days when a single racer could win six, seven, or eight events in a season, as Ryan Martin did in the past. The current landscape boasts 15 to 20 cars that have a genuine shot at winning an event. The level of competition has risen due to extensive upgrades and the introduction of new, highly capable cars.

Despite the ups and downs of this season, including a crash with the War Machine, Ryan's resilience and determination are evident as he transitions to his other car, which is performing admirably, even if it falls short of the newer Camaro's speed. With favorable weather conditions expected this weekend, the Pro Charger cars and Screw Blower cars are likely to have a performance advantage on the exceptionally fast Dragway 42 track. While the competition is fierce, it's believed that either a screw car or a Pro Charger car will emerge victorious. However, it's worth noting that Ryan's commitment to running the gray car will be confirmed tomorrow!
