Kye Kelley New Buick Regal Unveil for No Prep Kings season 6

Kye Kelley, a star of the "Street Outlaws No Prep Kings" series, revealed his new car for the 2023 campaign this week, adding to the already extensive variety of automobile makes and models in the series.

The new car is a triple-black Buick Regal dubbed "JangAlang," and it's built by Wizard Race Cars in Holden, Louisiana. It marks a departure from Kelley's traditional third- and sixth-generation Camaros carrying the "Shocker" name, which he has campaigned since first bursting onto the "Street Outlaws" scene in 2015. While Kelley previously built and raced an '87 Regal named "Claude Banks" on the "Street Outlaws: End Game" show, "JangAlang" is the first Buick Regal to make an appearance in the NPK series.

The new Regal features a screw-supercharged Hemi engine with a Noonan billet Hemi and PSI supercharger, confirming speculation that Kelley would transition away from his previous nitrous oxide combination. The screw supercharger combination is one of the most refined combinations in the sport, despite offseason parity adjustments, and is certain to keep Kelley competitive for the title.

But it's not just the engine that sets "JangAlang" apart. The car's sleek, sinister design is nothing short of impressive, with its triple-black paint job and aggressive stance. The car's name, "JangAlang," is a nod to its menacing appearance and its potential to strike fear into the hearts of its opponents on the track.

Kelley and his team will test the car ahead of the season six opener in Ohio on June 2-3 after finalizing the build. Fans of the NPK series have been eagerly anticipating the unveiling of Kelley's new ride, and "JangAlang" certainly lives up to the hype.

This isn't the first unique body style from Wizard Race Cars either, as the team previously built Randy Williams' 1970 Dodge Challenger. With "JangAlang" as the newest addition to the NPK series, fans can't wait to see what other impressive rides the team at Wizard Race Cars has in store for the future.
