Robin’s unpopularity isn’t entirely unwarranted. His infamous spat with Brandon James, where he bluntly declared, "I ain't going to be your friend anymore," left a sour taste in many fans' mouths. The incident made him look like a fool on TV, and the backlash was immediate and intense. But in the world of racing, sometimes what happens on the track can overshadow even the most controversial moments.
A Winning Streak to Remember
Fast forward a couple of weeks from that heated discussion, and Robin Roberts is making headlines for a completely different reason—his undeniable speed on the track. Currently sitting at the top of the leaderboard with 219 points, Robin has notched back-to-back wins, proving that he’s not just a controversial figure but a formidable competitor.

Before the July break, Robin ended the first half of the season with a win, and when the second half kicked off, he did it again. This makes him one of only two drivers to secure consecutive victories this season. The other? Jeppe, another name to watch in the NPK circuit.
But what makes Robin's streak even more impressive is that if he manages to win the next race in Eagle, Idaho, he will join an elite group of only two other drivers—Ryan Martin and Lizzy Musi—who have won three NPK events in a row. That's some pretty exclusive company.
